Preamble
As the global market is seeing an increasing growth in the area of Healthcare and related manufacturing, a significant portion of the healthcare products involve electronics for the purpose of functioning, sensing and for actuation, controls etc. PCB becomes the backbone of such devices and here we bring the state-of-the-art PCB fabrication and Assembly.

 

In this workshop, the process of PCB fabrication and assembly of electronic components (SMD and through-hole) starting from scratch along with an Introduction to fundamentals of PCB design, fabrication, and assembly, hands-on experience with industry-standard design software KiCAD. We have state-of-the-art fabrication and characterisation facilities. Many of these equipment are first in India including equipments for fabrication of PCB (LPKF GmbH - Contact S4, ProtoMat S104, MultiPress, and Microscope for PCB inspection, 3D printing of circuits (IDS Nanojet), and for assembly of SMD components on to PCB board (Fritsch GmbH - placeall520).
